How to Choose the Right Painter the First Time
With spring right around the corner, you may have been considering sprucing up your décor by updating your wall color or doing that long over due exterior paint work. Were they personable? Did they dedicate their attention to you and your questions? How accommodating were they in setting up the appointment for your painting estimate? Is there a charge for their estimate? Do they provide a written detailed proposal? Do they have uniformed employees who are insured? Do they assist in color selection? Any warranty on their craftsmanship? What sort of deposit is required? What types of payments are accepted? These are all questions that may seem trivial, but will assist you in making a wise decision when selecting a reliable painting company.

We firmly believe that it is critical that you, our Customer, have a direct contact with someone you can reach with any questions or concerns throughout the painting experience. Communication is key to successfully completing any project. Your contact will keep you abreast of the progress of the job and discuss any areas of concern that you may have. Upon completion of the project, we adhere to our CERTAINTY PLEDGE by asking that you complete a Customer Comment Card. We are always evaluating ourselves and looking for areas of improvement.
