My life as a car!

Owner Photo

I was born to serve. Don’t get me wrong, there was no prouder moment for me than when I rolled off the assembly line, my chrome glistening, my shiny, colored coat gleaming, my wheels gleaming and my interior emanating new car smells. I was king of the world! Alas! My euphoria didn’t last long. My owner’s twin two-year olds spilled chocolate milk and ice cream on my seats, the family dog had an accident on the way to the vet, the missus chews gum and throws her wrappers under my seats and, the crowning glory, the master is a smoker! That nicotine smell just burrows itself into my fabric and holds on for dear life. Last week, the family planned a weekend trip in the country and I was so excited! All that fresh air, wide open roads, rolling hills…No! I must have been dreaming! They went to a motocross race! All that dust, dirt, grime, crowded parking lots, neighboring cars dinging my sides every time they swung open a door, rutted roads with pebbles boring into my tires, my suspensions jouncing and bouncing with every rut we fell in… I can’t let you see me like this! It’s the ultimate humiliation. Please don’t drive me out and park me next to my brothers who’ve just been cleaned and detailed. It’s too much to bear! Yesterday, I parked next to a silver, 2006 Honda Accord. She was a beaut! Normally, I would have given her the eye, shown off a little bit for her since she smelled so good, and shone like a star, but with my muddy sidewalls, dull tires, dinged hood, and filthy interior, I was ashamed to be sitting beside her. “Cheer up” she said, with a smile in her lovely voice, “There’s hope. I got the works at Touch of Class Cleaning on 41st street in Wilmington. Dalton Miller is nothing short of a Michelangelo when it comes to detail. Check them out!” Then as she drove away I heard, “Then come check me out!” Wow! After that, you know I did my research and here’s what I found…

Publisher’s Note:
What a wonderful job! My car has never looked so good as when Touch of Class Cleaning detailed it. My vehicle takes a lot of wear & tear & doggie trips to the beach, but when Dalton was finished with it, it looked like a brand new car. I’ve had my vehicle detailed at several shops, but this was honestly the best it has ever looked. Thank you!
