What is Permanent Cosmetics?

Permanent cosmetics are an enhancement to your features. Known as “micro-pigmentation,” droplets of pigment are implanted into the dermal layer of skin. Yes, it is a tattoo and it is permanent. Having these procedures done will alter your life in a very positive way.

Is it safe and does it hurt?

Implements used in all procedures are NEW AND STERILE. Extreme care is taken for your sanitation and safety. Topical numbing agents are used for client comfort so that procedures are tolerable and as pain free as possible. (It’s easier than you imagine.) How long does it last?
The life span of permanent make-up is determined by your care. Daily use of SPF is necessary for brows and lips. Sunglasses need to be worn to protect your eyeliner. Brow color boosts are 1-2 years. (Blonde and light brown eyebrow clients will return sooner than those with dark brown colors. Eyeliner and lips last about 4 years without color boosts.

Do you shave off the brow hair?

Absolutely not. Every brow hair matters in creating the illusion of a fuller brow. Your make-up will be consulted and drawn on before any pigment is placed into the skin.

How long does it take to heal?

About 4 weeks till color is final (6 weeks for lips). Procedure areas will appear very vivid in color for the first few days after the procedure. Brows, eyeliner or lips will appear crusty (very subtly) during the first week of healing. Pigment will become much lighter, with color returning after 4 weeks of healing resulting in a beautiful, natural looking appearance.
